Use a stable surface, choose the matching edge angle and position a compatible steel blade against the magnetic base. Keep fingers away from the edge.
On the Premium set, progress from diamond sharpening to ceramic honing using controlled passes on both sides. Match the grit to the condition of the edge.
Finish the Premium routine on the leather strop according to the supplied guide. Keep the base and abrasive surfaces free of debris and store the set dry.
The knife is supported against an angle guide while the roller moves along the cutting edge. Repeat on the opposite side following the supplied guide.
